01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one active account on bv1188. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bv1188 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the Player permanently banned from the platform.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to bv1188 is accurate and up to date at all times. bv1188 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by a Player. You must notify bv1188 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv1188 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. bv1188 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bv1188 support immediately. bv1188 reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation. All transactions conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless bv1188 determines otherwise following investigation.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bv1188 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Requirements

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or as otherwise specified on the platform.
• bv1188 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your bv1188 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the bv1188 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. bv1188 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bv1188 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to request supporting documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds — before processing any deposit or withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your bv1188 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity and age verification, before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. bv1188 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Processing Times

bv1188 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the platform. bv1188 reserves the right to apply additional withdrawal limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual account activity is detected or where AML obligations require further review.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

bv1188 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your account at bv1188's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• bv1188 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bv1188 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• bv1188 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at bv1188's discretion unless the platform explicitly offers in-play betting for that event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed on the platform.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bv1188 platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any other form of sports integrity violation;

bv1188 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bv1188 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of bv1188 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bv1188 platform without the prior written consent of bv1188. Any unauthorized use of bv1188's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv1188 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain account security;
• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bv1188's reasonable control;
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from third-party game provider systems;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

bv1188's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider;

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees and any amounts subject to investigation will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may close your bv1188 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

15 Amendments to These Terms
